Warm breakfast with great views and fab location. Location just next door to the shore, lovely restaurant and bar and the mountains.

The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel is relaxing and has a magnificent location just off Loch Lomond.- The restaurant is served by warm and friendly staff.- The breakfasts are nice and hot with plenty of food options, including different styles of eggs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was of a high standard, as our (upgraded) room, and the outlook friom our balcony over the Loch made it a tranquil and thoroughly restful one night stay, en route from Lancashire to the Scottish Highlands. The nearby Village of Luss was well worth a visit too.

There was only one minor point, in that we were disappointed not to be ably to walk from the Lodge directly onto the shores of the Loch.

Had a pleasant stay here. I loved that the food for breakfast was fab. Stayed in classic double room with those stunning views which was perfect for me. The pool was nice and the staff was knowledgeable. In general the service was excellent.

The room had a pleasant separate living area, its own balcony, and terrace which I truly enjoyed, as well as a luxurious bathroom with a fantastic bath.

The location is fantastic! We went to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it was just perfect. The view from our room was amazing and it was very romantic. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff were very polite and friendly.

The room we stayed in had great views of the lake and a nice outdoor sitting area with a short walk to downtown.

Lots of cobwebs on balconies and outside eating areas. This could easily be cleaned

The view from the room overlooking the loch was fantastic. Loved the design of the room with the bed looking out towards the loch and floor to ceiling window. Having the balcony was good too. Evening meal was excellent and would recommend food to others.

Thought the decor/carpets/bath fittings were weary. Hotel described as a luxury stay = not compared to other places we have stayed. Thought it was good, but would not describe as luxury so was a bit disappointed as I had boooked it in good faith for a treat. The balcony height in both the room and bar area was at eye level so we could not appreciate the view unless we stood up. The balconies were not private (would expect this for 'luxury') While I appreciate we were next to the loch the amount of flies and spiders on the inside of the windows in the restaurant needs to be addressed - a good hoover before dinner and breakfast would rid the cobwebs and flies.

This venue is fantastic for a relaxing getaway with excellent facilities - highly recommend it!

The views and location fantastic, value for money quite dear for one night. The staff were good and helped in every way they could.
